However, if you dont see any confirmation email from us in your spam email folder than you can try to login again using the user name and password and the system will ask you if you want to resend the confirmation email. However, if you have already tried it and still havent received the confirmation email than its time that you use Contact Us option and provide us with more information.

We understand that once you have created your account you would like to have the option to change your login name. However, we are afraid that this option cannot be provided for some technical reasons. On the creation of your account, your user name is permanently attached with your account therefore we suggest that you think good enough about the login name and only than go ahead for creating the account.
